Our Store Policies - Refunds & Credits

Refund and Store Credit Policies -
Setup charges & payments include guaranteed balloon perfection and decor items to be 100% perfect upon
completion of setup.
Delivery Only Balloons are guaranteed to be perfect upon entry into the delivery vehicle.
If balloons pop during transit this is sometimes an occurrence and we cannot be responsible for
this although we make every effort to get a replacement balloon into each delivered item if time permits and
if we are within 2 miles of our shop).
We cannot guarantee the balloons in an outside environment. Acts of nature such as sun,
wind, rain, or snow can affect balloon quality and we cannot guarantee the stability of
any balloon outside. Balloons outside in the best environment will degrade immediately upon
being placed outside (turning velvety in appearance).
Replacement Items - While we regret that items sometimes will have defects and
be unusable this sometimes happens in the balloon world. We cannot be held responsible
for manufacturer items that fail during the processing of your order. In the event a
piece of your order has defects, etc -we will replace the items (during the making of your order and
if we are in process of delivery AND within 2 miles of our shop, the items will be
replaced with an exact or similar item of equal or lesser value
(i.e. the balloon pops in route and we are within 2 miles of our shop
we will return to the shop for replacement of the same or similar item of equal value and style if at all possible),
if not possible we will provide a refund only if no alternative or acceptable replacement is available.
Cancellations – 7 days notice required - If customer cancels or postpones the rentals and or décor for any reason,
the deposit or payment will not be refunded (on invoiced orders), however, a credit is issued which can be applied to
any future event for up to one year. For payments made online in our store, any cancellation will be offered
a store credit will be offered and is good for a new event date up to 1 year from their cancellation notice.
Any paid monies will not be credited if the cancellation or postponement occurs
within three days of scheduled delivery date unless rescheduling is weather
related and it is an outdoor event (this does not include sign rentals, we do NOT CANCEL
WITH REGARD TO SIGN RENTALS AT ALL) -. If a sign is cancelled for emergency purposes
a store credit will be issued and is available for use up to one year from the date of
cancellation.
We DO NOT CANCEL FOR WEATHER - unless there is a warning issued by the national weather service
or local officials declaring states of emergency. We will reschedule for a later date of up to one
year for any Covid related illnesses.
Any cancellations utilizing a store credit will be held on file in our shop for the record and duration of said
credit. Sign rentals have a credit card held on file in a secured locked cabinet. After the sign rental is completed
this information is then shredded and destroyed.
Store credit can only be used for the same items originally cancelled for. If you rented a sign, the credit
is good for a sign rental again of equal value, if balloon
decor the credit is good for a balloon decor item of equal value.
A design change fee minimum of 10% of the new total will apply to all changes made within 24 hours
of event date. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the change.Sign Delivery, Refund, Credits etc...
Store Credit is giving in lieu of refunds (unless an item of equal value and style cannot be
accommodated and at this point we will decide a refund that is amicable to both parties.
We will honor your sign request/payment for up to one year from the date of the agreement.
Of course we use good sense and judgement so in the case of death or serious emergency
we take these conditions into more consideration and will take action accordingly. Our policies are very
lenient with regard to personal emergency and or issues arising. We have never had an issue where the
client is not completely satisfied and make every effort to ensure 150% customer satisfaction.
• No Refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address or no address
posted on the house .(We want to make sure the correct house gets the display.)
Additional fee will be charged to move display to the correct address.
• No Refunds will be given due to the home owner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
• No Refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please Advise
us if it is a Gated community prior to the event, Please Provide gate access code.
• No Refunds will be given due to any animals (ex: dogs loose in the yard) that prevent
the display from being set up.The requirements for using our store - our store should
always be used in a legitimate and legal manor. Please do not commit fraud or
fraudulent purchases. Please do not try to send us somewhere you are banned from
being or restricted from being in accordance with local laws.
Our images are all our property and please do not use them without our explicit consent.
You must notify us of any grievance or complaint within 48 hrs of delivery of balloons or signs. Our email is

Paypal is our payment processor and also all information is encrypted.
We store credit card information upon calling you only and asking for your consent on sign rentals ONLY.
We store this information in a locked cabinet area.
We do not use your personal information with the exception of the occasional email to advise of your order,
upcoming sales event or sending/receiving invoice information.
We do not ever share your personal information.
You have the right to be excluded from any and all email contact from us after your sale -
please just email us [email protected] and we will remove your email from our systems.

Shipping costs vary according to distance which will be calculated upon checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered according to your wishes.
If order is placed by noon it will be delivered the same day except Sunday.
Payments are processed via Paypal and are taken by credit or debit cards.
