Current Dates are listed in the form below - if there isn't a current date please feel free to fill out the form and send to us. We will try to accommodate or come up with a mutual date/time. No monies are charged in the form. We will call or email you after receiving your form.

BOYS AND GIRLS WELCOME!!!
What you receive*** 45 min session***
You will receive up to 10 and no less than 5 digital photo files with print rights. Also children receive a few rides (single child) around the barn. If more than one child rides will be less due to the 45 min session time.
***Sessions are good up to one year if cancelled due to inclement weather or serious illness. We will have makeup sessions as long as the weather isn't too wet or too cold.
If interested fill out form below with your payment details on our secure payment processing business account with Paypal. All forms of card payments are accepted. You will receive a receipt from our business account along with a notifier that we have received your session request. If you wish to pay cash please submit your form and let us know in the notes section of this selection. We will call you and coordinate a time to come by our shop with your payment. ***Please note session times cannot be held more than 24 hrs for any cash payments to be made.
Payment is due in full due to last minute session calls.
ALL SUBMISSIONS -
Please see the "Meet Silver Page" on our website to print and fill out a "hold harmless agreement" for anyone that wishes to be in close proximity to the pony. This is an equine event and one form must be filled out and submitted with each paid child or adult wishing to be in proximity to the pony. Then please send me a photo of your signed agreement to our email westgaballoonparty@gmail.com. Then on the day of your session please bring these forms with you so as not to delay others session times for others.
